What setting do i need to change to see when Somebody is inside an Issue at the current Moment.
This was in our old System
What do you mean by be inside ticket. I don't know field which show who has access to issue. THis is not a standard field. Maybe that was a custom solution in old system?
Based on standard jira features you can check watchers field. This field contains anyone who will be notified about issue but this will not tell you who is able to see this ticket at that moment.

No it is not a field you generally can see who is working on an Issue at the moment or easy said just is inside de Issue. So somebody else sees this.

Aaaaaah you mean assignee field. It should be there when user is assigned to issue. Based on your screenshot it looks like user have set transparent/white color on avatar.

Noo i know what the Assignee field is. It is just when someone is at the Moment inside a Issue (in the Screenshot its "Lukas Hametner") and a other Person is looking a the whole Board he can see that "Lukas Hametner" is inside that one issue.
This worked in our Free Plan version but now we changed and it is not Working again.
But i thinks it is a Problem with our ActivDirektory
