Hello everyone,
I’m looking for a solution within the Atlassian ecosystem to track our real estate agents based on their location and time. Our team needs to monitor where our agents are and how long they spend at different locations.
Are there any existing plugins in the Atlassian Marketplace that offer this functionality? I did a search but couldn’t find anything specific. If anyone has implemented a similar solution or has recommendations, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.
Thank you!
I don't think you are looking at the right place.
Atlassian tools work for something completely different than what you are trying to achieve.
Best,
Fadoua
Hi @Muharrem Yetük ,
this is Daniel from a Marketplace vendor, EverIT. I believe a workaround can be created with a combination of apps. In theory, based on what you wrote, you would need 1, an app to track location and 2, an app to track time.
1. For geodata tracking, I know our partner, EEA has separate Geodata apps for Jira and JSM, so depending on what you use, you might want to check out their relevant plugin.
2. For time tracking, I can recommend our own app called Timetracker. (Free for up to 10 users) The function I'd like to highlight here is that it is compatible with the Jira Cloud Mobile app. When looking at a Jira issue in the app, your agents will be able to log time manually, or start a timer which will automatically track their time (when travelling, for example).
Feel free to reach out, if you have questions!
Daniel

You can try Clockify https://clockify.me/gps-time-clock
While Clockify does this note that this won't be in Jira (Atlassian) control, so you will have to figure out your needs with them and see if they can integrate that information back to Jira using their marketplace plugin.
