Select List - "None" always in the choices

Hi,

When i create a select list, I always put several choices. But there is also always the choice "none". How can i delete it?
It also appears in the security level choice, which is a small problem :)

Currently you cannot administer this option. There is a feature request for that: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7687

Try changing the default value of your select list from none to something else.
