Selecting from multiple transitions

I have recently changed some things in the workflow of one of our projects, and now whenever I want to move tickets from the backlog to the next column I get this popup:

"Select 1 of 2 transitions for [ticket]"

Somehow I seem to have managed to add a transition that wasn't previously there, and I want it gone.

Where/how can I do this?

I can't find the erroneously added transition in the workflow, nor in the list of transitions and I am very much at my wit's end.

Hi @Antonia Landi,

This problem seems to be due to the fact that in the board configuration, more than 2 states are matched to the same column.

You can try to solve this problem with column and state matching adjustments.

When I go to the board settings, I only see one state matched to the relevant column - I can't even see the state I want to get rid of in the unmapped/empty statuses column.
