Self-changing Due date

Hi,

We have a problem with editting Due date at all of our issues. When I change this date on some issue, this date change automatically two or three days forward or back. If it would be sunday, i can understand it, but it change from all of the week days.

Can you explain me, where the problem coud be?

Did you manage to solve it? I have exactly the same issue.

I think they dug up the app or config that was making the change and shut it down.

In my case, it was related to date format in settings. Javascript was yy, and Java one was yyyy

Jira does not have any code built in that changes the due date automatically.

If your due date is changing, then it's because of an add-on or code that you have configured to do it.

First, be precise about "date changes automatically":

•   Is it done on the edit screen?  If so, then you need to be looking at Behaviours and custom javascript
• If it happens afterwards (you save the edit, and the date has changed as you return to issue view), then you need to be looking at automations and listeners (I'm assuming the edit is "edit" and not a workflow change - if it's a workflow thing, then also look at post-functions.
