Send notification when issue is inactive for X days using Jira Automation tool

HI Team,

We are trying to send automatic notifications to requester if the ticket status is "Waiting for customer" or send notifications to the agent if the ticket Status is "Waiting for internal" for anything that is inactive for more than 3 days.

Is it possible to do this using Jira Automation tool? Please advise
