Hi @Raghda Kamal Jadaa ,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

Is your Jira a server/data center version?

If so, please check the log file in the server directory, you can find the list of log file here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/useful-log-files-in-jira-data-center-1027120387.html

Probably a restart of the service is required.

If it is cloud version, generally the cloud version doesn't give that kind of error and could depend on your network infrastructure.

Hope it helps.

Hi @Raghda Kamal Jadaa ,

On top of what Matteo said, you can monitor global Jira cloud status via official Statuspage: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

Additionally, if you suspect this might be an app/product issue and you're unable to share info here (as this is a public forum), you could reach out to official Atlassian Support here.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hi Raghda - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Is this happening with just one project? Is it happening with JSM or Jira? What steps exactly did you do to receive the error? Have you tried a different browser or incognito mode?
