Service Desk is currently unavailable message when start new Jira on-demand service.

When I start to use. the "Service Desk is currently unavailable. ..." message is always on the top of browser, but I can not find a place to contact "administrator" in the message.

Hi Derek, this is caused by an issue with Service Desk and Atlassian is tracking it at JSD-167.

You can fix the issue by doing the following:

1. Goto <yourinstance>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm#manage as an administrator
2. Click on JIRA Service Desk
3. Click on the + modules expand button
4. Put the mouse of the module called "servicedesk-headsup-display"
5. Click on the Disabled button
