Hi,
at the moment we have the automation, that looks at the whole email address, but as we have very different customers we can not add those emails all the time in the automation (at the moment the automation is very hard to read as the IF sections can not be named). We use that automation to save the email domain to a custom field - that field is then used for queues that we have for different customers.
So the question is, how can we make the automation look for only the reporter (participant) email domain to save it in a custom field?
We are using JIRA Desk, cloud version.

Look for "JIRA Toolkit Plugin" in the manage add ons and make sure it's installed.
Add a new custom field called "domain". Switch to "All" for field types, and search for "domain".
That should give you what you need.
