ServiceRocket "Manage Application Links" does not register an "update" event to trigger a webhook

We have JIRA 7.3.6 and ServiceRocket 6.2.5.

When we use the Manage Application Links feature within and issue to add/remove links between a JIRA issue and and a Salesforce object, it does not appear that JIRA is registering an "update" event.

We have a webhook that is set to fire on Issue Updated, and the webhook is not getting fired.

Does anybody have any information to share that would help us understand why an "update" event is not being registered, or how to cause a webhook to trigger when Manage Application Links is used?

go to your mapping settings and configure for enabling the option there:
