Session Time out - JIRA v7.9.1

Hi,

we have an issue with our on premise Jira Environment.

Users are randomly being redirected to the login page and their session is timed out much quicker then the default setting of 300 Minutes (5 hours).

Please help me find the setting to extend the users session.

Hi Uri,

Do you have more products from Atlassian stack installed on your server?

In these situations, cookies are being shared between applications and this can result in logout events. Please check out the following article which describes this situation and how to resolve it: User is constantly logged out of JIRA.
