Session is getting Expired frequently for the same user.

One user session is getting more frecquently ,is there any reason for this. For others we are not facing any issue

Attached log of the user and replaced name of the user with username.

In some cases such issue could be cause by corrupted browser cache, you might want to ask the user to use a different browser and see if the problem persist to narrow down the root cause of your issue.

We are also suspecting the same , we are seeing this issue with Internet Explorer.

please check the issue is only for ldap user or for jira users.

seems to be issue with ldap syncronization and also check the user groups.
