One user session is getting more frecquently ,is there any reason for this. For others we are not facing any issue

In some cases such issue could be cause by corrupted browser cache, you might want to ask the user to use a different browser and see if the problem persist to narrow down the root cause of your issue.

please check the issue is only for ldap user or for jira users.
seems to be issue with ldap syncronization and also check the user groups.
