Set JIRA for single user

I need to make some JIRA changes and I don't want users in the system while I do it.

Is there a way to set JIRA into single-user mode so only the sysadmin can access?

1. Create a new group called 'single-user', and add only yourself to it.
2. Go to JIRA Administraton --> Global Permissions
3. Scroll to the bottom, and under 'Add Permission', grant 'JIRA Users' permission to 'single-user' group.
4. Under JIRA Permissions, find 'JIRA Users' permission.
5. Delete 'jira-users' group.

Now, only you will be able to log in.

Reverse the same when you want to get JIRA back to normal operation.
