Hello!  We are running into a situation where our folks are not putting in their Tempo Time on tickets. How can I set a ticket to not be able to close if there is no time logged on it?

Hi @Clare Lawson

Create a validator "field required" or "field value changed" for Log Work field, since this validation happens during a transition, you need to register that change during, not before.

For that you can Edit the transition with that validator and add a screen with the Log Work field on it. I would create a separate screen for just this transition only.

To make it mandatory make sure to have the field Log Work required in the Field Configuration used on the project.
