Hi, we have just started using Jira OnDemand, and I would like to know how I could access the sysadmin functionalities.
For some reason cannot seem to find the "Jira System Administrators" permission in the Global Permissions Section.
From my understanding the Sysadmin access is required to get the Consumer Key for an OAuth Implementation.
Thanks
Kiran
The system administrator permission is restricted in the OnDemand environment. Customers can only be member of the normal administrator permission.
Could you further explain what you would like to integrate?
Thanks. I am testing out the integration of the REST API and that requires using OAuth for authentication.

Possibly this page will give you some additional information on the REST API in combination with OnDemand: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=253231624

Thanks Bastiaan. Will look into it. From what I see, we have to create a plugin that needs to be added to the account - where the API keys will integrated - similar to how the FlowDock integration works. Is that right? https://www.flowdock.com/help/jira
