Settings icon missing

In the new version of JIRA, I can't find the settings icon. Can you pls advice me how to reach the settings icon in JIRA now? Thank you!

I am having the site admin rights.

To get to general Jira settings, you will click on the cog icon in the bottom left hand corner, as per the screenshot below

To get to specific board settings, you will click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen and choose the first menu item Board settings

So, after clicking on the cog icon, I get

What you're seeing is listed under Atlassian Admin whereas what you're missing is all under Jira Settings, which makes me wonder about your permissions.

If I go to User management and check the permissions for myself (I'm also a Site Admin), you can see that I have access to Jira and Confluence - do you have that?
