I was doing the Jira Software Cloud setup normally, so I clicked to update the page since it was taking too long and I can't use the website that was supposed to be generated and I also can't generate another one with the same URL.
Can someone help me?

Could you please give us more details?

How exactly you cannot use the website. Since is it a cloud instance it's got a URL. The URL is broken? Please attached a printscreen.
