Share items between projects

ThePokyWizard December 28, 2023

I have two projects in Jira Cloud.

1 - Business Project, which contains all the things that must be done by the company during the year. These items contain the impact, urgency, etc.
2 - Software Project, in it I will create all the tasks that need to be developed by the development team, but it does not contain urgency, impact, etc., as it is not something that is up to them to see.

Is it possible for me to migrate/share something between the Business Project to the Development Project when it should be developed? Or do I need to manually recreate it in the Software Project?

Export the issues from Business project and then import them in the Software project.

As for when it should be developed, it needs to be manually created.

I'd suggest linking the copied issues back to their original as well.
