We just upgraded from Jira Data Center 8.5 to 9.4.2 and noticed that all of our SharePoint links are broken. SharePoint adds some strangeness to the URL that wasn't a problem in 8.5, but 9.4.2 doesn't like it. Is there a setting or something to change to fix this?
The SharePoint URL looks something like this:
When creating a new issue, the Visual view looks good (test.xlsx), but once created it looks like this --> x:/r/sites/gna00379/Documents/test.xlsx?d=w0795e0d5b2ad412b87b394e3aa69d502&csf=1&web=1&e=mJecDI" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">test.xlsx
I can delete the 6 characters between .com/ and sites and it will work as expected, but I can't expect all users to edit these links like that. Jira 8.5 worked great.... is there a way to fix this in 9.4.2?
I think this is a Jira bug. This problem occurs in the Wiki rendering fields with the default Style. If I change the style to a Heading style, the link works as expected. I have issued a ticket, but until then, does anyone know how to change the default style so that users don't have to change all the time?
So basically I am not crazy that Jira, in the url field, can not handle a sharepoint link?
