Created our first dashboard. Set permissions just as has been done on all filters. Staff can see individual filters but not the dashboard as a whole. Googled, and learned I need to set system global permissions too. They were already correctly set. What else can I check?
Apologies for taking your time. Turns out, user had wrong dashboard #.
Hello @Tim Arthur
You have to share the Dashboard itself, in addition to sharing the Filters used by the gadgets in the Dashboard. Did you share the Dashboard?

@Tim Arthur Can you share a screenshot of the dashboard shared setting and what you have shared? Are they not even able to see the dashboard or are they finding it but nothing is displaying?

I'll send a screenshot later of the message they showed, but in short it is a small popup that says they cannot access it.
