Shortcut keys not working

I am a man of shortcuts, from the Ctrl Esc days before the windows key and I loved the array of shortcut keys within JIRA, Confluence and Agile. Unfortunately for some reason some of them have stopped working in AGILE. The list that currently don't work are:

a - Assign

i - Assign to Self

m - Comment

l - label

I am not an admin so i can't give you the entire array of plugins that we have installed but the ones i know about are:

• JIRA Agile
• Zephyr
• EazyBI Reports
• Tempo
• Calendars
• Teamcity
• TFS Checkins

Versions:

Atlassian JIRA v6.0.1

JIRA Agile 6.3

eazyBI plugin for JIRA (version 1.7.1)

Zephyr for JIRA 1.7

Tempo Timesheets 7.7

Any assistance here will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,

We did the following updates over the weekend which has resolved the shortcut issue. Not sure which is the culpret.

Installed add-on Issue Alternative Assignee (com.iamhuy.jira.plugin.issue-alternative-assignee version 1.7.3)

Installed add-on eazyBI JIRA reports and charts plugin (com.eazybi.jira.plugins.eazybi-jira version 1.8.0)

Installed add-on Attach Image for JIRA (com.atlassian.plugins.jira-html5-attach-images version 1.1.10)

Hi, check if Attach Image for JIRA plugin installed , in my very similar case it produces such behavior.

Disabling it restores normal shortcut functionality
