Should this JQL turn a card boarder to RED?? labels in (Team2) and "Issue color" = red

No.  Just use:  labels in (Team2) in your JQL under your board settings

Hi @stevejosue 

What were you trying to test with this part of your filter:

"Issue color" = red

Is there another aspect/value of issues you need to test before adding the color stripe to the cards?
