Show Remaining Time where Original estimate bubble appears

During the week it would be nice to see the remaining time in the to do bubble vs the original estimate. Is there a custom field I need to create and apply?

I've never tried but nothing is stopping you to do it with plain old Javascript, invoking JIRA Agile REST API on mouse over. No need for customfields here.
