We use the add-on Default Values for 'Create Issue' screen - Issue Templates to add a default value to the Description field. This way everyone follows the same structure when creating a ticket.
But we are also creating tickets from within Confluence. Currently the default value is not shown when we click create Jira issue in Confluence. Is there any way to show the default value also in Confluence?
Confluence uses stardard api to communicate with JIRA and, at that level, your jira app is not considered. This is my thought. Please try to contact app vendor to have a confirmation about that ( support@bigfigtree.com )
