When I open an issue, I would like the list of subtasks under it to show their estimates without having to click on each one individually. Is this possible?
At the moment, I just see summary, status and assignee

Try menu
System > General Configuration > Advanced
And change property
jira.table.cols.subtasks
To show the estimate fields you want
