Hi All,
First I would like to say thanks for all.

My issue is when I am creating an issue, under the issue type field I see the Warning/Message/Description as follows:
error.png

Some issue types are unavailable due to incompatible field configuration and/or workflow associations.

Please suggest the solution

Regards,
Gajanan

What do you think a "solution" would do?

This warning is simply telling you why the list of issue types is shorter than you might expect - you can't swap between types that are configured differently on this screen.

Hi @gajanan_sasane

Firstly here is some information which you might find useful - somebody has already made a request to improve this error message :) https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-63563?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=bb34a172-cedf-4549-9f02-ae1369fabb19

This works a bit better in the new issue view (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-the-new-jira-issue-view/) you might want to try that.

If you want to stick with the old view for a while you might need to have a look at your issue type scheme and see if the affected issue type is in there. If not you can add it in via 'edit issue types'
