Site unavailable message - Unable to enter new License key

Hi, 

We have recently setup JSD Server on the subdomain https://namakhvani.atlassian.net/

I am getting an error page "Site Unavailable - Your Atlassian Cloud subscription hasn't been renewed. If you are the site administrator, please check the status of your account on my.atlassian.com."

We purchased the beginner licence and registered it for the serverID, but now can't login to our server to enter the License Key. 

What are our ways forward in addressing this?

The issue seems to be just for the one sub-domain. Works if we bypass it.
