I'm trying to understand how I can notify specific people that are pinned at the top of a slack channel when a support ticket is submitted. We’d like for people that are on-call for support, to be notified when a support ticket is submitted to JIRA.
Isn't there a way that the people that are pinned in the channel can be notified automatically when a support ticket is submitted to Jira? The ticket populates in the Slack chat now but I just want to notify the people that are pinned for that week about the new ticket - automatically.
