I have Slack integrated with Jira Cloud using the Atlassian Slack Integration. When I click the [...] in Slack, then click Add to Issue Jira Cloud, it prompts me for an issue number. If I choose one and click OK, it says that the comment has been added, but when I go to the issue, the comment is not there.
Is there any way to fix the Jira <-> Slack integration?
We have the same problem, a year later and it seems like it's still not fixed.
