Slack integration notifications not working despite Premium plan subscription

I am currently using Jira with a Premium plan subscription and have set up Slack integration. However, I am not receiving any notifications in my Slack channels. I have already configured the integration, but no notifications are coming through. I need assistance in troubleshooting this issue as I require these notifications for my workflow.

If the integration is set up correctly, ensure that your Personal Notification settings are configured as follows to receive notifications.

You can find this in Slack by navigating to:
Left Sidebar → Apps → Jira → Personal Notifications.
