Hello,
I am using a slack and jira integration - I've set up the integration in my Jira project so when certain jira ticket is created, I get an automated slack message.
In Jira I can select whether I want a truncated view or all the details.
According to Jira (there is a screenshot on the set up page), when selecting a Truncated view of the issue, I should see the priority and assignee but I only see the title and the status in slack.
Can you please help with that? I'd like our team to see straight away if we have a high or low priority issue.
best regards,
Vera
Hi @Vera Ujlaki
Welcome to the community,Once Jira Integrated with slack. In the slack channel you can create a Jira ticket from slack after that you need to select the jira site and project then it will show the fields which are available in that particular project,if you have Priority field in that project then it will show sharing the screenshots for better understanding
Once submit it will show like this
Hope this helps
