Slow Jira performance

Hello,
I have the following problem that I need your help to solve.
Recently, bugs have been fixed on Jira - it is slow and the SLA is no longer fixed or it does not stop when the status changes, the server load was fixed during the fault period, which burdens the application CPU, the load was fixed by the Jira service apache. After a certain period of time, the error sometimes corrects itself, but in order to restore the SLA operation, it is necessary to restart the service.
I can provide you with the log files you will need.
