Slow action of jira cloud

Hello, for some time we have had a problem with jiry cloud, when loading tasks, backlogs, sprints, the pace is loading very slowly or there is an error with information, contact support. Could it be due to importing tasks and some reindex or the reason for the errors is different

• First of all I would check the remaining storage of your instance.
• Then I would perform a check on your project. Does it have many issues on the board? If yes, perhaps a release of a version would be appropriate and then archiving it.
• Then I would check to see if there are any unnecessary custom fields, screens, screen schemes, field configs, field config schemes, workflow, workflow schemes etc, which I don't need. I would delete them.
• How many users do you have? Did the number increased a lot lately?

I checked these points. Storage is ok. There are a lot of External Issue IDs in the custom field, but I don't know if there will be a problem with imported tasks after deleting them. The number of people is 84 is not increasing very quickly

If you try logging in to your Jira instance from another internet access point, or 4G, the speed is the same?
