Smart Attachment option doesn't show up always

I need to add a document in smart Attachment but the option for smart attachment is not visible unless I go to Configure and move around Context Fields and save. I have to repeat it every time I need to use Smart Attachment. Is there a way that smart attachments are always visible ?

Hello,

I think you might be referring to the way how the Smart Attachments panel is shown. You can choose how the Smart Attachments section will appear on your Jira issue screen. It can be visible by default or expanded on click. You can define it in your Project settings.

1. Navigate to Project settings > Smart Attachments.
2. Enable or disable the toggle Show smart attachments panel depending on what view of Smart Attachments in this project you want.

When enabled, Smart Attachments appear on your Jira issue screen at once under the native attachments sections. When disabled, in the fields section, after a click on them.
