Smart Checklist Dashboard Missing Line Items

Hello,

We are using the Smart Checklist add-on to assist in assigning work for each issue type. We are also using dashboard gadget 'Assigned Smart Checklist Items' to give users visibility on the outstanding work on each open ticket in a specific project. 

For each dashboard for each user, it is working fine except that it is not including one specific issue type (out of 4) causing users to get behind in their work. I need help pinpointing how to include this issue type in the dashboard gadget. Thanks!
