I have enabled smart replies in settings but it is not populating in the application. It was for a brief moment but nothing now. I would greatly appreciate some kind of feedback.

Smart replies option is in relation to "canned Response" option in comments on issue/work item in JSM projects.
This function is not for Jira Software/Core projects.
