I would like to imbed documents attached to an issue in a Word or Excel file. I have written an Excel macro to parse the XML view of an issues list that extracts all of the field that I want except the attached documents. While I can see the attached documents entries, I do not see how to actually transfer the file from the Jira DB to an excel imbedded object.
