Some users are getting the following message: "It seems that your administrator has marked your account [accountname@mail] as inactive. Please contact him to resolve this issue.
They have disappeared from the list of users, I've added them manually as adminstrators. Another collaborator received an e-mail asking him to validate their entry into the project.
and even after this person has validated, they still don't have access.
Any idea to resolve it ?

Did you check the admin.atlassian.com users tab? Perhaps one of the site admins or Org Admins disabled these users?
