Some admins cannot edit/change-status/move/delete tasks

Hi,

We've been experiencing an issue lately which affects the way we're handling tasks inside projects as administrators.

Some of our users (with admin rights/permissions) try to move/delete, and in general, handle various tasks assigned to different projects, but the strange thing that happens is that they are able to do these actions only if they open the task in a more detailed view.

What I mean is, if they try to handle it from a side panel, they are getting a "rotating wheel" (loading) and the action never completes. Then they have to refresh the page, open the specific task and then handle it, and sometimes even in this case they experience the same problem (stuck in loading wheel and nothing happens).

We have checked all kinds of permissions and restrictions but all Admins have the same rights, but this issue does not appear in everyone.

Is this some kind of bug? Is is something we haven't done in user permissions?

Could you please provide some insight?

Few checks you can do:

1. Check if the user has the required permissions.
2. Clear your browser cache.
3. Reindex your project.
