Some created tickets are not visible

We have some tickets for unknown reason are not visible 

How can I proceed to solve this ?

Hi @christophe guillaume ,

Can you check your board filter if the issue you are creating is included in the filter?

And another guess would be since you are using scrum board the ticket you have created would be in the backlog try checking it there once!

Or 

Check if you have the relevant project permission to the project!

strange ... because no change at all on security, since beginning of the project
first time that some issues are created and then produce an error when display

Please check security defined on the project.

Is the project is team managed project or company managed project

for team managed project please check the permisisons

What do you mean by not visibile? the reporter can't view ?
