I created a Scrum Board and added all issues with a specific version number in the current Sprint. But I realized after that some issues are missing. They have the correct version number, but did not appear in the Backlog view when I was adding the issues.
It's really weird because when I'm on the Filter view of the board, they appeared clearly, with no Sprint affected.
I don't understand why because I checked the column statuses and it's all mapped, when I'm on the Backlog view, even with no filters they not appeared at all.
In the Filter view of the board, when I click on the specific "menu" (the three dots) of one of the missing issues, then click on "Agile Board", the agile board name is listed but when I click on, I have this screen :
Sorry it's in French, but it says :
"The request cannot be found in all parts of the 'Dream Team - Scrum Board' table."
It seems like a bug, like the issue is linked to the board but cannot be found?
Sorry I just found the reason why...
The missing issues are in a status which is mapped with the "DONE" status of Jira (the "rightest" column), that's why they not appeared in the Backlog view.
It's a little tricky because the Backlog view does not mention that there's already a filter on the status.
I moved the status in another column, and all the missing issues appeared now in the backlog, so I can finally add them to the current Sprint.
Bonjour Flavien,
