Some issues not showing on the plan

I added epics and stories on a plan, but they are not showing on the plan. How do I refresh the plan to show most recent changes?

When you say Plan can you explain what you mean by Plan? Is this a plug-in or Story map?

Jira doesn't have a story map out-of-the-box, so if you're having problems with a story map you'll first have to determine which app you're using. Then, you'll be able to reach out to the company behind that app and they'll be able to help you.
