Some of the Story point estimate doesnot get recorded correctly

I have story point estimate against each story however some of them doesnt appear in the card. 

The other issue is that since they donot appear in the card, when I go to Backlog page, it does not add upto the Total. 

When i tried to export, some story points are recorded against story points, story point estimate etc and hence shows up in 3 distinct columns 

can you please me in having a consolidated story points in one column and have them appear in the card so they get included in the TOTAL
