Some of the users are not able to create an issue in jira

Some of the users are not able to create an issue in jira

The user is able to authenticate , fill in the details for the task and when they click submit no error message displays but it keeps spinning.

I am new to jira and looking for help how to start troubleshooting this issue.

It was a user issue.

Is there any third-party plugin? Try run Safe Mode and see if issue persists.

They must have the permissions or else they wouldn't be able to enter the details for creating the task. Check your logs. I am guessing you will find some error there!

+1 to Jobin, there must be something in the logs.. Additionally, is this only affecting one user or some users?
