Some users cannot access Big Picture or see it on their menu board

I have added the resources to Big Picture, and made sure the project's permission scheme matches the default one for Big Picture. Yet they cannot open links shared by others to Big Picture, and do not have Big Picture on their menu board.


Has anyone else encountered this?
