Hi, I'm trying to get a simple thing out of Jira and still no luck
I can't install several timesheet plugins because of "culprit". Have no idea what it means and why is it so confusing. I filed tow issues to Atlassian.
Now I try to see if I can do it on my own.
Is there any possibility just to offload issues / tasks / whatever was created there with several fields,
task_code, assignee, date_in_progress, date_competed?
Hi @Sergey Sheypak ,
can you post a screenshot of the error you see and provide more details about your Jira instance?
Regards,
Jakub.

Nor do we. Could you tell us what the actual error is?

I would really like to, but it's all I get from Jira Cloud. I filed a bug, waiting for a response from their side.

I've never seen or heard of Cloud (or server) just saying "culprit", although I do admit i may never have provoked the process youare.
Could you explain where you see it, and what the whole error message is?

Hi Sergey,
you can export issues from Jira.
For Jira Cloud: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/exporting-issues-776636787.html
For Jira Server: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/exporting-issues-938847623.html (There is a version switcher in the top right of the page)
