We noticed the SonarQube is not listed as an option under “Activity” when we open a Jira Issue. Please investigate and provide solution on high priority this is effecting production .

The SonarQube tab is displayed only if the issue is created using the app SonarQube Connector for Jira.
If you create a issue manually there is no way to find a relationship between the Jira issue and the SonarQube issues or hotspots.
