We are evaluating JIRA 5 and using handler of type "Add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body" Currently we are using regex string as /From:/. Can any body of you suggest a bit more robust string so that it completely strips the previous mail content?
IIRC, isn't there also a line above included replied to content saying something like 'On .... wrote:' or similar. A better candidate perhaps?
Train your regexp fu on http://regexpal.com/ , also integrated into JEMH !
