Sprint Burndown Chart not working properly after IP whitelisting

Recently we whitelisted IPs for JIRA software Cloud. From that moment The Sprint Burndown chart is not working properly and giving the below error 

{ "errorMessages": [ "The IP address has been rejected because it is not on the allowedlist. See your admin for more information." ], "errors": {} }

Is there any IP which we have to whitelist for this also. if so can you provide me. 

Apart from this, will this be the case for all plugins which we add, since I'll be adding few more and want to know if I have to do for each and every plugin.
