Sprint Burndown Gadget Legend above graph

As you can see in the picture below, the graph's legend box is on top of its content. 

Does anyone know if this is a bug or once sprint's work gets completed/done it will rearrange?

This is solved by editing the Dashboard's Layout.  If it is too small the situation mentioned above occurs. 

Apparently what happened was, 

I was using different monitors, and the software I was using to split the screen changed my screen's layout slightly making it a bit smaller, thus forcing the gadget to resize.

Looks like it just works that way, based upon the column widths and placement on a dashboard. There are a couple of suggestions to improve this, which you can view and vote for at the links below.  Both are a few years old.
